Your time is important to you and it’s equally important to Colony Bank. That’s why we created Colony Online Banking. It is designed for people with your lifestyle, who want to bank when and where it is convenient for them. And best of all, it is free. At your convenience, you will be able to:

• View account balances
• Transfer funds
• Make Loan Payments
• Check on status of deposits, loans, cleared checks, ATM transactions
• View monthly account information for checking, money markets, savings, IRAs, loans and CDs
• View and print current and previous period account statements – available in two formats; statement only or statement with check images like the one that is mailed to you
• Download account activity into financial management software such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money®
• Pay bills online

Business Online Banking gives you the ability to:

• View and print imaged checks
• Review interim bank statements
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Verify check clearings and deposits
• Issue stop payments on checks
• Take advantage of ACH (Automated Clearing House) capabilities including direct deposits, electronic billing and tax payments
• Utilize full account reconciliation services
• Make wire transfers
• Assign multiple levels of account access
• Verify line of credit activity and funds availability

Online Bill Payment offers the convenience of:

• Paying all your bills online with no additional cost – it is free
• Saving time and money for stamps, envelopes, and late fees

Access:

To access Bill Payment Services, just select the Ipay button from the menu bar once logged into your Colony Online  Banking session.

eStatements

Receive your checking account statement electronically – it’s free and easy!*

Each month we will email you notification that your eStatement is ready to be viewed. To view the eStatement, you will be required to log on to Colony Bank Online Banking with your Access ID and password. Once you have signed up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement via U.S. mail. If at any time you would like to have a paper statement again, just let us know and we’ll switch you back!

• It's free! There is no charge for this convenient, time-saving, eco-friendly service.
• No more paper statements.
• Ability to print and/or save to your computer or disk.
• Access up to 13 months of statement history.
• Added security – avoiding mail fraud and mail theft.
